- root 用户跳过 sudo 前缀

_sudo_wrap:
- NOPASSWD 命令白名单替代 ALL=(ALL)（仅 systemctl/apt/yum/rm 等）

升级 API:
- restart 前加 fuser -k 杀端口占用（单台+批量）
