监测槽：等待探针回传占位 UI

开启实时监测后、首次探针尚未返回时，槽卡显示「等待服务器回传信息…」与加载动画；收到 probe_status 后自动切换为 CPU/内存/硬盘等指标。

动机

避免开关打开后空白进度条与「—」，明确告知用户正在轮询。
