2026-06-08 — 全量对齐部署
摘要
合并本会话三项后端能力并推生产：server_batch 僵尸回收 + stuck 扫描、sync_logs 30 天 purge、批量安装 Agent 已安装且版本足够则跳过；Docker 镜像重建同步前端（Settings 422、调度表单等已 commit 源码）。
动机
本地 a401ea5 与生产后端部分对齐，但缺 #1/#3、agent 跳过逻辑；生产前端 bundle 落后于 git 源码。
