安装完成后浏览器打开安装向导，完成 MySQL（自建）/ Redis（自建）/ 管理员初始化。
NX 统一运维菜单
装好后在服务器任意目录输入 nx（install / update / 首次运行 nx 会自动注册 /usr/local/bin/nx）：

每台新服务器自动生成唯一 NEXUS_SECRET_KEY / NEXUS_API_KEY / NEXUS_ENCRYPTION_KEY（写入 docker/.env.prod，备份 /root/.nexus-install-secrets-*.env）。MySQL 密码由自建库时自行设定。
